<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />JULY 14, 2004 <br />6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held their regularly scheduled <br />meeting on July 12,2004, at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br /> <br />STAFF: <br /> <br />Mayor Terry Sweeney <br />Council Member Lee <br />Council Member PaM <br /> <br />Council Member caNra t <br /> <br />None 0 <br /> <br />City Administrator, Ms. Moore-Sykes <br />City Attorney, Mr. Hoeft <br />City Engineer, Mr. Peterson <br /> <br />PRESENT: <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />L CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney called the July 12, 2004, City Council meeting to order at 6:35 p.m. <br /> <br />n. SET AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney added the successful performance review and step increase of the <br />Finance Director retroactive to the date of hire and the successful performance review <br />and step increase for the Utility Clerk to the consent agenda. He then added an update <br />from the July 1, 2004 executive session under updates and noted there would be an <br />executive session prior to adjourmnent. <br /> <br />Council Member Paar requested, on behalf of the EDC, that $75 be added to the consent <br />agenda to allow members of the committee to attend a seminar on rebuilding downtown. <br />He also requested that John Fischbach be appointed to the EDC and that $675.00 from <br />the budget for EDC be approved to be used for preprinted 4 x 6 cards to be used for <br />mailings for various EDC activities. All of these items were added to the Consent <br />Agenda. <br /> <br />Council Member Capra requested that Eagle Pass Townhome Association be added under <br />Appearances. <br /> <br />Ms. Moore-Sykes requested that Representative Vandeveer be added under appearances <br />when he arrives at the meeting. <br /> <br />l_ _ <br />
