~ Bonestroo
-=- Rosene
~ Anderlik &
.. \J" Associates
Engineers & Architects

Construction Start Notice
2004 Utility and Street Improvements
Heritage Street
LaMotte Drive

This construction notification is to inform the residents the start of construction in your
neighborhood is scheduled to begin the week of May 24, 2004.

Dresel Contracting was the successful low bidder and will be the prime contractor on the
2004 Street Improvements.

General Resident Information

· It is anticipated that mail service will not be disrupted during this project. If certain
mailboxes are in the way, they will be moved up the street away from construction, so
mail can still be deli vered. You will be notified if this happens to your mailbox.
· Access to your driveway and house should be available most of the time. If access is
temporarily blocked, it generally will be less than 30 rhinutes before you will have access
again. If you will be making frequent trips, you may want to park on an adjacent side
street when construction is occurring on your street. If you see us working in your area
and will need to leave shortly, you can speak with the on-site inspector or contractor for
accommodations. If you will be holding a special event, i.e. a garage sale or party, be
sure to contact us,
. Construction work is generally interesting for children, however, in an effort to ensure
their safety, we ask your cooperation in trying to keeping the children away from the
work area and equipment at all times. Also, remember that construction equipment has
many blind spots. Please keep a safe distance from all equipment, especially while it's in
operation.
· Once new curb and gutter is installed, residents will be asked to park their car(s) on the
street while this curb work is being completed. Do not drive on newly poured curb
sections for at least 4-5 days. You will receive another notice before this work
commences.
. We realize that this construction will impose some inconveniences. We appreciate your
patience and understanding.

If you have any questions or concerns please call:

Ryan Goodman - Project Inspector - 651-492-7740
