Off-Sale Licenses <br />1. A municipality may not issne more than one off-sale license to any person <br />or for any one place. (340A..412, Subd. 3) <br />2. In cities of the first class, not more than one off-sale license for each 5,000 <br />population. In all other cities the limit shall be detennined by the city. <br />(340A..413, SuM 5) <br /> <br />B. Temporary Licenses MN Statute 340A.404 subd. 10. <br />1. A municipality may not issue more than three four-day, four tJrree.day, six <br />two-day, or twelve one-day temporary licenses in any combinati(lll, not to <br />exceed 12 days per year to any one org911i:r.mon or political committee, or <br />for any one location within a twelve month period. <br />2. A municipality may nor issue more than one temporary license to any one <br />organization or registered political committee or for any one location <br />within a lhirty-day period except for licenses issued for an nfficially <br />designated a community festival held in the municipality. (This restriction <br />does not apply to a municipality with a popnlation of 5,000 or fewer <br />people.) <br />3. A nmnicipality that issues separate temporary wine and liquor licenses <br />may apply the above named limits separately for each license type. <br /> <br />IV HOURS & DAYS OF SALE (340A.504) <br /> <br />A. 3.2 beer <br />No sale of3.2 beer may be made between 2:00 A.M. and 8:00 A.M. on !he <br />days of Monday lhrough Saturday, nor between 2:00 A..M. and Noon on <br />Snnday, with certain exceptions for the aitport and sports commission. <br /> <br />B. On-Sale <br />No sale of intoxicating liquor on-sale may be made. Between 2:00 A.M. and 8:00 <br />A.M. on the days of Monday thrOllgh Saturday or after 2:00 A.M. on Snndays. <br /> <br />C. On-Sale - Sunday Sales <br />A city or county may issue a Snnday license only if authorized to do so by <br />the voters of the city or county voting on the question at a general or special <br />election. A restanrant, club, bowling center or hotel with at least 30 seats <br />and which holds an on-sale license may sell alcoholic beverages at on-sale <br /> <br />8 <br />
