Join Peter Bell, chair of the Metropolitan Council~ for a <br />presentation of the plan and an opportunity to share your thoughts. <br /> <br />The proposed Transportation Policy Plan contains policies and strategies designed to slow <br />the growth in congestion and improve mobility.
