Apparently, she was going through their accounts to clean up anything <br />outstanding and CenterviIle is an outstanding account with them. <br /> <br />This project was started several years ago, when Ry-Chel Gaustad was City Clerk. <br />Apparently, nothing much has been done since then. Amy indicated that the City has <br />three options: <br /> <br />1. Start the project over - updating what has been done and adding the <br />remaining chapters/ordinances that need to be done. <br />2. Pay the outstanding bilI. We think the original contract price was $7,925 <br />with 60% to be paid upon receiving the draft. Staff would have to go <br />through invoices, etc. <br />3. Continue with the project to completion. <br /> <br />Staff will contact Ms. Gaustad to get more information from her before Wednesday's <br />meeting. <br /> <br />l_ <br />
