<br />1) This preliminary analysis is based upon the Joint Power Police Station project sized at $2.5 million and
<br />the Centerville City Hall sized at $2.5 million.

<br />2) Fifteen months of capitalized interest is included in the project financing to make the interest payments
<br />from the dated date of the bonds (11/1/04) through and including the February 1, 2006 interest payment.
