<br />Motion bv Council Member Capra. seconded bv Council Member Paar to <br />approvinl! Resolution #04-043 A Resolution approvinl! the nroposed 2005 <br />hudl!et and tax levv establishin!!: the date and time for the Truth-In-Taxation <br />hearin!!: to consider the same. The Truth-In-Taxation hearin!!:s are <br />scheduled for December 8th and continuation date of December 22nd if <br />required. The 2005 levv will be set at $1.700.000 with the expenditures of <br />$2.108.000 and revenues of $408.000. This is a $300.000 decrease to what was <br />previouslv approved. Vote: Aves - 3. Navs - 1 (Mavor Sweenev). Motion <br />carried 3-1 <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney stated again for the record his disagreement with this decision. <br /> <br />XII.
