<br />I <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Capra, seconded bv Council Member Paar to <br />approvinl!: Resolution #04-043 A Resolution approvinl!: the proposed 2005 <br />budl!:et and tax levy establisbinl!: the date and time for the Truth-In-Taxation <br />hearinl!: to consider the same. The Truth-In-Taxation hearinl!:s are <br />scheduled for December 8tb and continuation date of December 22Dd if <br />required. The 2005 levy will be set at $1.700.000 with the expenditures of <br />$2,108,000 and revenues of $408.000. This is a $300,000 decrease to what was <br />previously approved. Vote: Aves - 3, Navs - 1 (Mavor Sweeney). Motion <br />carried 3-1 <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney stated again for the record his disagreement with this decision. <br /> <br />XII.
