<br /> <br />ervi{{e <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER PASSING RESOLUTION #04-042 <br />DECLARING AN AMERICAN ELM TREE THAT IS WCATED ON PIN #R23-31- <br />22-24-0102,7052 DUPRE ROAD A PUBLIC NUISANCE AND SETTING <br />ABATEMENT PROCEDURES FOR SAME <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Centerville, Minnesota will <br />conduct a public hearing to consider Resolution #04-042 Declaring an American Elm Tree <br />located on PIN #R23-31-22-24-0102, 7052 Dupre Road a public nuisance and setting <br />abatement procedures for same. The American Elm tree in question has been inspected by <br />the City Forester and Mr. Marty Asleson, City of Lino Lakes and both individuals have <br />determined that it is infected with Dutch Elm disease fungus Ceratocysitis mmi (Buisman) <br />Moreau or harbors elm bark beetles Scolytus Multistriatus (Eichh), or Hylugopinus Rufipes <br />(Marsh). <br /> <br />The said meeting will take place on Wednesday, September 22" 2004 at the Centerville City <br />Hall, 1880 Main Street, Centerville, Minnesota in the Council Chambers commencing at 6:30 <br />p.m. or shortly thereafter. <br /> <br />The City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assisted devices or a sign language <br />interpreter must be received before 4:00 p.m., September 17, 2004.
