<br />Enclosed are three copies of Request for Payment No.2 for the Elevated Water Tower project in
<br />the amount of $96,758.48. This pay request is for work completed in the month of August which
<br />included the construction of the tank foundation and for stored site work materials.

<br />Please place this pay request on the next available council meeting agenda for council approval.
<br />Following approval, please distribute one executed copy to the Contractor with payment and one
