I have the following <br />comments/recommendations: <br /> <br />1. Recommend an 18" reinforced concrete culvert under the entrance road rather than <br />12" RCP shown. <br /> <br />2. The sanitary sewer manhole invert elevations (IE) shown are incorrect and should be <br />revised to the following: <br /> <br />Mil 1 IE 894.02/893.92 <br />MH 2 IE 894.70/894.60 <br />Mil 3 IE 895.53 <br />MH 4 IE 895.54 <br /> <br />3. The two 6" water valves in the parking lot should be moved south approximately 20' <br />to either side of the 6x6 tee. <br /> <br />4. Place 10 cubic yards of rip rap at the stonn sewer outlet to the pond. This should be <br />shown on the grading plan. <br /> <br />5.
