<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04 - 048 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUESTED illT SPLIT BY MR. ROBERT BURGSTAHLER, 7381 <br />OLD MILL ROAD (pIN #414-31-22-31-0014) INTO TWO (2) LOTS (2.71 ACRES & 1.95 ACRES) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Both the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council of the City of Centerville held <br />ublic hearings regarding the requested lot split (May 4, 2004 and May 12, 2004, respectively); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Appropriate legal requirements were abided to with regard to noticing of said public hearings; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Planning and Zoning Commission motion approval of the requested lot split and City Council <br />approved same at their May 26, 2004 regularly scheduled meeting; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA AND KNOWN TO ALL: <br /> <br />That all of Tract A, Registered Land Survey #48, files of the Registrar of Titles, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />except the North 299 feet thereof (pIN #R14-31-22-31-0014) will be split as follows: <br /> <br />The South 384.61 feet of the North 683.61 feet of Tract A, Registered Land Survey #48, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota (117,892 Square Feet = 2.71 Acres); and <br /> <br />AIl that part of Tract A, Registered Land Survey #48, Anoka County, Minnesota lying South of North 683.61 <br />feet thereof (85,128 Square Feet = 1.95 Acres). Existing Home/Structure will be located on the South 1.95 <br />acres and retain the address given it, 7381 Old Mill Road. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council this 13th day.ofOctober, 2004. <br /> <br />,tiest <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />Mayor <br />
