RICHMOND EVANS) FROM R-I (RURAL RESIDENTIAL) TO R-2 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) THE CTIY ZONING MAP CURRENTLY HAS THIS PROPERTY ZONED AS R- I (RURAL RESIDENTIAL) AND IS CONSIDERED NON-CONFORMING BECAUSE IT IS LESS THAN THE REQUIRED 10 ACRE MINIMUM PUBUC HEARINGS WILL BE HELD BEFORE THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND CITY COUNCIL ON OCTOBER 5, 2004 AND OCTOBER 13, 2004 AT 6:30 P.M. (RESPECTIVELY) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council of the City ofCenterville will consider the requested rezone correction submitted by Mr. Richmond Evans owner of 6716 Centerville Road, PIN #26-31-22-21-0001. The parcel is less than the required 10 acre minimum and is zoned R-l (Rural Residential). The meetings are scheduled for Tuesday, October 5, 2004 and Wednesday, October 13, 2004, respectively at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter. The purpose of the meeting is to ascertain public input regarding the above request and the possibility of granting the rezone as requested. Both public hearings will be held in Council Chambers located at 1880 Main Street, Centerville, Minnesota 55038. The City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assisted devices or a sign language interpreter must be received before 4:00 p.m. September 24,2004. All persons interested are invited to attend and to be heard.
