Contract for Animal Control Services <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Broussard Vickers. seconded bv Council Member <br />Capra to approve the animal control services contract for 2005. All in favor. <br />Motion carried unanimouslv. <br /> <br />3. Resolution #04-045 Declaring Costs to be Assessed. and Ordering Preparation of <br />Proposed Assessments for the Hunter's Crossing 2nd Addition. Phase 1. <br />Subdivision <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Lee. seconded bv Council Member Paar to approve <br />Resolution #04-045 as presented. All in favor. Motion carried unanimouslv. <br /> <br />4. Resolution #04-046 Calling Hearing on Proposed Assessments for the Hunter's <br />Crossing 2nd Addition. Phase I Subdivision <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Broussard Vickers. secouded bv Council Member Paar <br />to approve Resolution #04-046 as presented. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimouslv. <br /> <br />5. Media Packets/Information <br /> <br />Council Member Broussard Vickers indicated that she would like the media or anyone <br />requesting a packet to pay the cost of reproduction for information that they need over <br />and above what is available on the Internet. <br /> <br />Council asked Staff to let them know that the information is on the website. <br /> <br />Council and Staff discussed the packet issue and Council asked Staff to determine the <br />time and costs involved with reproducing the packets for consideration when setting a <br />price per packet. <br /> <br />6. Rice Creek Watershed District Seminar/Presentation <br /> <br />Ms. Moore-Sykes asked if Council was interested in attending a seminar or presentation <br />done by Rice Creek Watershed District. <br /> <br />Council Member Broussard Vickers indicated she is interested but she cannot make <br />herself available during the day. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Page40f9 <br />
