Ellen Paulseth, former Finance Director, also provided a staffreport on <br />the findings for the above-mentioned positions. Included with this Staff Report is also <br />Ms. Paulseth's summary from the 2005 Budget entitled "Salary Surveys Year 2004". <br /> <br />Since the last Council meeting, I've spoken with Ms. Paulseth about any financial <br />provision for the proposed upgrades to salary. She indicated that the impact to the City's <br />2005 budget are minimal; maximum $4,000 for all three positions. She also said that the <br />$4,000 was considered and is part of the $80,000 Capital Outlay that she reserved but <br />does not exist as a line item in the 2005 City Budget. <br />
