Carlson has requested that he be reimbursed for $12,500 that he paid the City <br />for an engineering escrow for the Hunter's Crossing, 2nd Addition, Phase I infrastructure. <br />The engineering costs associated with the installation of this infrastructure have been <br />invoiced by Bonestro, Rosene and Anderlik and will be covered by the assessments as <br />part of the City's 429 process. <br /> <br />The City Council will be considering these assessments at a public hearing scheduled for <br />the October 27th Council meeting. <br />
