<br />Mel11o.., <br /> <br />TO: Chairperson Hanson and Commissioner Members <br />FROM: Teresa Bender, City Clerk/fh <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Parking Restrictions/Ordinance <br /> <br />DATE: October 1, 2004 <br /> <br />Subsequent to Ms. SMz's request for Ordinance modification regarding the City's <br />current parking requirements of no parking on any City street between the hours of 3:00 <br />a.m. - 7:00 a.m. (yearly), Ms. Stutz appeared before Council requesting consideration of <br />winter parking restrictions only. <br /> <br />. <br />Council is requesting that the Planning and Zoning Commission review and consider the <br />following: <br /> <br />Cities of Lexington & Circle Pines Ordinances <br />The possibility of placement of only winter restrictions <br /> <br />Upon discussing this issue with Mr. Paul Palzer, Public Works, his recommendation <br />would be not to modify the existing ordinance and that the replacement of the current <br />signage would need to be taken into consideration (6 signs). <br /> <br />Staff has provided you with the city's current ordinance, City of Circle Pines Ordinance, <br />City of Lexington 's Ordinance and other Cities within the state for your review. <br />
