The cost in my eyes is about double what it should be <br /> <br />I work for the City of Maple wood, Public Works Dept. so I have seen a lot of projects in <br />the City over th~ last 23 years. All those projects, the property owner was billed between <br />$3500 and $4~OO.~Y~fRperty value will not increase the amount of the assessment, <br />maybe halfb~ JWt ~ofit. <br />....
