Assessments in the 'City of Centerville, Minnesota <br /> <br />Dear Ms. Mach: <br /> <br />As a point of clarification to your letter dated July 27, 2004, please be advised that the City of . <br />Centerville considers an assessment "pending" as of the date the City Council approves the <br />assessments. Prior to that date, even though a project may have been approved, there is no <br />pending assessment due to the fact that the Council may decide not to assess anything pursuant <br />to the project.
