OutJot B Pheasant Marsh is an undevelopable parcel <br />and would receive no benefit from the proposed assessment. <br /> <br />Ground Development, Inc. has inquired about development potential with Anoka County and they <br />would not support any additional access for Outlot B Pheasant Marsh onto Centerville Road. With <br />no access from Outlot B Pheasant Marsh to Centerville Road this parcel is undevelopable and <br />would not receive any benefit from the proposed assessment. Attached with this letter is an e- <br />maH we received from Anoka County regarding their position on access to C!'lnterville Road. <br /> <br />Ground Development, Inc. is notifying the City that we are opposed and object to the proposed <br />assessment because there is no benefit received from this assessment to Outlot B Pheasant <br />Marsh. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />~Q <br /> <br />Dale C.
