One of our goals was to meet individually with each employee to update their job <br />description and review the classification. While we were not able to meet with each <br />employee prior to my departure, I completed an extensive review of each position <br />description and pay equity classification. My findings, which are awaiting the <br />Administrator's review, are attached. In summary, I feel that three positions have <br />changed enough to warrant a new classification. They are as follows: <br /> <br />Cnrrent Grade <br />City Admini~trator 10 <br /> <br />Proposed New Grade <br />II <br /> <br />Utility Billing/Acct Clerk 3 <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />Receptionist/Adm. Asst. 2 <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />The rationale for the above changes is noted on the attached worksheets. <br />
