<br />( <br /> <br />Benefits: <br /> <br />Centerville offers a similar benefit package as most metropolitan cities in the same <br />population bracket. Centerville contributes slightly below the average in total benefit <br />cost as compared to similar size cities. However, Centerville does offer a full cafeteria <br />plan which is attractive to potential applicants in that the employee has more choice in <br />how the benefit dollars are spent. In some cases, employees are allowed to put unused <br />contributions into a retirement plan.
