From that study and Councils direction, the <br />Feasibility Study was prepared. <br /> <br />Mr. Peterson explained that mill and overlay projects take approximately two (2) days <br />and it entails grinding down of the current asphalt and asphalt gutters. <br /> <br />Mr. Rod Henslin, 1967 - 73'" Street, stated that he had lived in town for twelve (12) years <br />and that the street is spongy. That there is water infusion underneath the street and unless <br />something is done, a new road will just deteriorate further. Mr. Peterson stated that at the <br />time of total reconstruction of the road, the softer material would be removed and new <br />
