The applicant is also requesting to be allowed to split the <br />front portion of the Parcel #R23-31-22-44-0004 recognized by the County of Anoka as <br />6867 - 20th Avenue with the new parcel being zoned Commercial - Bl and retaining its <br />current Commercial status relating to the City's Comprehensive Plan. The west 3.56 <br />acres (west 470' x 330') from Industrial - II to High Density Residential (Sewered) - <br />R2A and the east 1.51 acres (200' x 330') from Industrial - II to Commercial - B1. This <br />requested lot split will leave a Commercial lot along 20th A venue. The meeting is <br />scheduled for Wednesday, February 25, 2004 at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter. City Hall <br />is located at 1880 Main Street, Centerville, Minnesota. PIMA Properties, LLC desires to <br />construct town homes.
