We live at 6907 Tourville Circle.

1. If we choose not to connect to city water this summer, will it cost us more to connect in the future? If so,
how does the pricing work?
2. Can we get a schedule of the work? I would like to know when Tourville Circle arid Center Street will be
under construction.
3. We have a 12" culvert that drains Tourville Circle that I extended several years ago to the drainage ditch
runs behind our house. This culvert has risen above ground over the years. The culvert is low enough to
drain the street at this time. We were told last fall by someone from the city that this culvert would be
buried during the project. I installed a new retaining wall this summer that parallels this culvert and I am
concerned about this area. Please let me know if you see any issues with getting the culvert buried during
this project.
4. Behind our house is an old driveway that was closed off because of water drainage. The drainage ditch
behind our house was dredged and extended to the new housing development that is also behind our
house. My questions is can I use this driveway to park my camper, car, and truck during construction?
5. How will the trash and recycle pick up work during construction?
6. How will the school bus stops work?
7. What is the due date for the assessments?

MICHAEL DUNNE
mikeandcandy@earthlink.net
Why Wait?
