<br />....--.- <br /> <br />enough to drain the street at this time. We were told last fall by <br />someone from the city that this culvert would be buried during the <br />proiect. I installed a new retaining wall this summer that parallels this <br />culvert and I am concerned about this area. Please let me know if you <br />see any issues with getting the culvert buried during this proiect. This <br />is a question for the City Engineer and I will pass it on to him. He <br />may have tostop to see what you're describing so that he can provide <br />you with an answer to this question. <br /> <br />4. Behind our house is an old driveway that was closed off because of <br />water drainage. The drainage ditch behind our house was dredged and <br />extended to the new housing development that is also behind our <br />house. My Questions is can I use this driveway to park my camper, <br />car, and truck during construction? It appears that this "driveway" <br />is a private easement. . This easement is part of the Pheasant Marsh <br />development and not generally available for use by others unless <br />permission is obtained from Ground Development, the property <br />owner. <br /> <br />5. How will the trash and recycle ~ick up work during construction? <br />City Staff will contact Waste Management of the construction <br />schedule once the project receives approval so that pick-ups can be <br />coordinated with that schedule. <br /> <br />6. How will the school bus stops work? Again, we will contact the bus <br />company should the construction begin before school is outfor the <br />summer or if the construction is not completed before school begins in <br />the fall. This was done last fall when Mound Trail was being <br />reconstructed <br /> <br />7. What is the due date for the assessments? Once the project is <br />completed and City Stqff has what the real costs of the street project <br />are, those costs will be submitted to the City Council at a scheduled <br />
