NOTICE OF CALL FOR REDEMPTION GENERAL OBLIGATION WATER REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 1996 DATED: August I, 1996 CITY OF CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by order of the City Council of the City of Centerville, Minnesota, there have been called for redemption and prepayment on APRIL 1, 2004 those outstanding bonds of the City designated as General Obligation Water Revenue Bonds, Series 1996, dated August I, 1996, having the stated maturity dates of February I, 2005 to 2008, inclusive, totaling $190,000 in principal amount. The bonds are being called for redemption at a price of 100.00% of their principal amount plus accrued interest to April I, 2004, on which date all interest on said bonds will cease to accrue. Holders of the bonds hereby called for redemption are requested to present their bonds for payment at U. S. Bank Trust National Association (formerly known as First Trust N.A.), Corporate Trust Services, 60 Livingston Avenue, 3" Floor, EP-MN-WS3C, St. Paul, Minnesota 55107, On or before April I, 2004.
