There is a formula for comer lots, you are not "double" <br />assessed. The engineer has the exact fonnula that will be used. We are still a long way from the actual <br />assessment hearings, those won't be held until after the plan is approved, bids are accepted and work is <br />completed. There won't be any final information at this Weds. meeting.
