Motion carried unanimonslv. <br /> <br />V. A W ARDSIPRESENTATIONS/APPEARANCES <br /> <br />1. Mr. Paul Keleher. Sedona Homes Concept Plans 20th Avenue <br /> <br />Mr. Keleher of Sedona Homes presented his revised concept plans for development along <br />20fu Avenue to Council. He then pointed out on the map the areas that they would ask for <br />a rezone to residential and those that would remain commercial. <br /> <br />Mr. Keleher indicated the number of units has been revised from 135 units to <br />approximately 80. <br /> <br />Council Member Paar indicated he met with Mr. Keleher and Mr. Hanson from the <br />Planning Commission and he feels that this is a workable compromise and he would <br />support the rezoning but not a TlF district. <br /> <br />Council Member Lee asked whether the City needed to be concerned with spot zoning. <br /> <br />City Attorney Hoeft said he does not think there would be an issue with the proposal. <br /> <br />Council Member Capra asked what the proposal for Lloyd Drilling's property was. <br /> <br />Mr. Drilling said it may be a nursing home or assisted care living or something similar <br />but he does not know at this time. <br /> <br />Page 2 of9 <br />
