We reside at 7046 Brian Or. As we stated in our prior <br />lelter to the council dated Feb. 08,2004, Your council meeting of Thurs. Jan. 29,2004 regarded proposed <br />improvements to Brian Dr. from Main Street to 150' North of Brian Court At that time Michael was <br />informed that the project would not really affect our property and that there would be no assessments to <br />our property for this project. We asked in our prior letter to have the council give us that assurment in <br />writing. We have been given no response. The project has moved ahead and completely been changed <br />regarding our property, without these cihanges being made public. (We heard abo\.llthem along with our <br />neighbor Ginger Rehbein, in the street when Tom Peterson came to talk with us both. Mike let Tom know <br />that this was not the stated plan at the council meeting on the project. Elevation and the Grade ha\{e been cihanged, new Curb and Gutter inStalled, Water has been <br />brought up into our property and stubbed, A new Sewer and a Storm drain are installed. Any further <br />changes to the already existing new improvements to our property will not "Benefif our property in any <br />way! All the issues that Tom Peterson brought up to us deal with the other side of the street including <br />the drainage issues. We are hearby requesting again for our side of the street to be left alone, any <br />removing of seid improvements that heve been already made on our side is a waste of money and is very <br />detrimental to our property and the neighborhood as a whole as cun:entlyour side of the street is straight <br />and appealing to the eye from one end of the street as well as the oiher.
