DRAIN TILE or CORRECTED GRADING needed followed by hwn repairs and sod <br />replacement; CO 3 dead shrubs in triangle and 2 dead shrubs by front door. <br /> <br />· 6987 Portage: (a) dead sod by patio; (b) ruts, standing water & dead sod behind unit <br />ALL DUE TO INCORRECT GRADING/DRAINAGE; (c) dead sod by curb; Cd) hole in <br />asphalt corner of single garage; (e) dead sod garage West side. <br />
