As we stated in our prtor <br />letter to the COIJncil dated Feb, 08,2004, Yoor COIJncil meeting of Thurs, Jan, 29,2004 regerded proposed <br />improvements to Brian Or, from Main Stnlet to 150' North Of Brian COf.I(t, Allhat time Michael was <br />informed tI1at the proj$ct would not reelly effect OUT property and that there would be no a$58$STl1ants to <br />our property for thill project. We asked in our pOor IetIer to have the council give us tI1at 8S$IJTlTl8l'1t in <br />writing. We have been given no rEl$pQTlSe. The project has moved ahead and completely been changed <br />regarding our property, without these changes being mede public. {We heard about them atong with oor <br />neighbor Ginger Rehbein, in the stnlet when Tom PeleTson came to talk with us both, Mike let Tom know <br />tI1at this was not the stated plan at the council meating on the project. We 8l1l hearby requesting again for our side of the street 10 be left alone, any <br />removing Of said improvemenls that have been already mede on our side is a weste Of money and is very <br />delrimantat to our property and the neighborhoo<:l as a whole as CUIT'El1llly oor side of the street is straight <br />and appealing to the eye from one and of the street as well as the other.
