'"'" yuu <u.u I discussed previously, Mr. <br />Alcock and Mr. Larry Perron, the owner of the property immediately to the west of Mill Road / <br />Eighth Street, have reached an agreement as to the division of Mill Road / Eighth Street after the <br />vacation by the City of the same. However, Mr. Alcock and Mr. Perron are still in the process of <br />negotiating an easement for Mr. Perron for driveway purposes over the portion of said property <br />which will be owned by Mr. Alcock.
