While our resolution encourages Corneast and Victory One to negotiate a deal, Comeast has <br />recently stated that they feel the negotiations should be between Fox Sports Net and Victory <br />Sports One. The Commission agrees with that statement. <br /> <br />Cable rates are already very high.
