We reside at 7046 Brian <br />Dr.in Centerville. Michael was at your council meeting Thurs. Jan. 29, <br />2004 regarding proposed improvements to Brian Dr. from Main St. to 150' <br />North of Brian Crt. at that time he was informed that we would have no <br />assessments for this project. We want to. be certain that we are not <br />assessed, as our property will not benefit from improvements made. We <br />again bring to your attention that all said improvements around our <br />property have already been made. This is the east side of Brian Dr. up <br />to and including the new culvert over Clearwater Creek. Elevation and <br />Grade have been changed, new curb and gutter installed, water has been <br />brought up into our property and stubbed, sewer is done and a storm <br />drain is installed in the center of Brian Dr. just south of the creek <br />culvert. We request that this information be included in your public <br />record when you order the project. We also would ask that great care be <br />made when you widen the west side of Brian Dr. as we have been dug up on <br />all four sides of our property (sometimes twice) in the last several <br />years.-We allowed the City to use our property to store equipment and as <br />a base for operations when Clearwater Creek and the Culverts were <br />redone.
