If there is a medical determination that the Employee does not qualifY as a bone marrow donor, the paid leave of absence granted to the Employee prior to that medical determination is not forfeited. 9.10 Civil Air Patrol Leave General: Under Minnesota Statute ~ 181.946, an Employee who works an average of at least 20 hours per week and is a member of the civil air patrol is entitled to leave of absence without pay for time spent rendering servic member of the civil air patrol on the request and under the authority of tate or any of its political subdivisions.
