THE PUBLIC <br />HEARINGS WILL BE HELD BEFORE BOTH THE PLANNlNG AND ZONING <br />COMMISSION AND CITY COUNCll.. <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City <br />Council of the City of Centerville will consider the rezone and corresponding <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment as requested by Mr. Dennis SOOdy. Mr. SOOdy <br />currently is the contract purchaser of said property. The meetings are scheduled for <br />Tuesday, April 6, 2004 and Wednesday, April 14, 2004 respectively at 6:30 p.rn. or <br />shortly thereafter. The pwpose of the meeting is to ascertain public input regarding the <br />above request and the possibility of granting the requested rezone and corresponding <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment. Both meetings will take place in Council Chambers <br />located at 1880 Main Street Centerville, Minnesota 55038. <br /> <br />PIN #R24-31-22-33-0002 <br /> <br />The City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assistance devices or a sign <br />language interpreter must be received before 4:00 p.m. April 2, 2004.
