<br />a eroifCe <br />(!IIt~1857 <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City <br />Council of the City of Centerville will consider the lot splitlIot combinations requested <br />from KCR Investments & Mr. & Mrs. Keith Kruger to split 6719 Centerville Road - 480' <br />x 219' from the rear of the parcel - PlN# R26-32-22-22-0009 and add same to Hunters <br />Crossing 2nd Addition, Phase 2 - PlN #R26-31-22-22-0011) & split 35.0' x 260.0' from <br />Hunters Crossing 2nd Addition, Phase 2 - PIN #R26-31-22-22-oo11 (southeast comer of <br />~cel) and add same to 6119 Centerville Road - PIN #26-32-22-22-0009 to correct an <br />encroachment issue). The meetings are scheduled for Tuesday, April 6, 2004 and <br />Wednesday, April 14,2004 respectively at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter. The purpose <br />of the meeting is to ascertain public input regarding the above request and the possibility <br />of granting the lot splits and combinations. Both public hearings will be held in Council <br />Chambers located at 1880 Main Street, Centerville, Minnesota 55038. <br /> <br />The City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assistance devices or a sign <br />language interpreter must be received before 4:00 p.rn. April 2, 2004.
