I

March 31, 2004

To: Kim Moore-Sykes
Centerville City Administrator

From:Lori Peterson, Board Member ,.~~.~~
Twin Town Homes of Eagle Pass ~),

Re: Request to Include Ojibway Drive for Annual Spring
Street Sweeping

~s we discussed today, the Home Owners Association would
appreciate the inclusion of Ojibway Drive when toe City does
the street sweeping. Ojibway Drive is a short street with a
small cul-de-sac. Eighteen units of housing are located on
this street and the street is not only utilized by these
Centerville residents but also by the USPO, assorted
delivery trucks and other visitors.

These same Centerville residents also support the upkeep of
the public sidewalk (snow removal, watering and grass
cutting) on Dupre Road and Meadow Lane through their payment
of monthly assessments. I live on Dupre Road and the use of
these public sidewalks is phenomenal and surely appreciated
by all Centerville citizens.

Please call me if you need additional information (651-762-
0356) and thank you for your consideration of this request.

~I
~\) .
