The City was instructed to complete this project at its expense and L <br />& N Sodding has been retained to commence working on the sidewalk the week of April <br />19 - 23, 2004. L & N Sodding will need a 7-ton overweight permit for this period of <br />time. The route of travel will be Brian Drive south to Eagle Trail. <br /> <br />Also, restoration work was not included in the pond dredging project and L & N Sodding <br />will be completing that also. They will require two truck loads at 9-tons. The route of <br />travel will be Brian Drive to Brian Way. <br /> <br />Staff requests Council's considerate granting of these overweight permits allowing <br />completion of both of the projects within the CenterVilla subdivision. <br /> <br />Please note the attached proposal (not to exceed $2,000) for the restoration work for the <br />pond and L & N Sodding's Certificate of Liability Insurance and needs Council approval. <br /> <br />L <br />
