CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney called the March 24, 2004, City Council meeting to order at 6:35 p.m. <br /> <br />II. SET AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney indicated that Chauncey Barettand Mr. Walmar would be moved up in <br />the agenda. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Paar. seconded bv Council Member Broussard Vickers <br />to approve the al!:enda as amended.
