As you and I discussed this afternOon, Mr. <br />Alcock and Mr. Larry Perron, the owner of the property immediately to the west of Mill Road / <br />Eighth Street, have reached an agreement as to the division of Mill Road I Eighth Street after the <br />vacation by the City of the same.
