Attached to this email is Albrecht's proposal for installing an underground irrigation
system at the park site off LaMotte Dr. in Centerville, MN. The system includes a 15
station controller running 63 rotors (14 valves) spaced between 30-33' apart. The
additional valve would run as part of the water feature on site. Our hookup is located
right next to the drinking fountain near the Gazebo and would utilize the 1" service
line providing water to the fountain. our power from the controller would be 110v
service line from the "hand-hole" next to the Gazebo provided by Albrechts. The vacuum
breaker and controller would be housed in a lockable enclosure with rough dimensions of
36"Hx24"WxlS"L near the drinking fountain. I designed the system to fit within an S
hour watering period with matched precipitation and uniform distribution of water
throughout the site. I also tried to match individual "mireo-climates" with zone
location to help with maximum control (ex. avoiding zoning together areas of full-sun
and fUll-shade). I have a schematic design put together and would like a chance to sit
down with you to further explain my reasoning behind the design.

Thanks for having me out to meet with you and visit the site, hopefully our numbers are
good and we get a chance to work together.

Regards,

Ryan Dralle
Design/Sales
ALbrecht Irrigation
1408 West Co.
