APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Tenvav. seconded bv Council Member Lakso to <br />aDDrove the aRenda as Dresented. All Dresent in favor. Motion carried <br />unAnimouslY. <br /> <br />m. AWARDSIPRESENTATIONS/APPEARANCES <br /> <br />1. Economic Development Committee (JIDC) Recognition <br /> <br />Mayor Capra thanked former EDC member Mr. Rehbine for his many years of service to <br />the community. She stated that Mr. Rehbine has done a great job of pulling together <br />different ideas to benefit the City. She stated that after the reorgeni7.ation is complete, <br />there will always be a place for someone with all of his talents. <br /> <br />Council Member Paar, as the liaison for the EDC, presented a plaque to Mr. Rehbine <br />honoring his service to the City. He stated that he agreed that it will be a great asset to <br />have Mr. Rehbine participate any way he can on future downtown developments. <br />
