<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #09-0 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ASSIGNING DUTIES AS THEY RELATE TO HANDLING <br />BANKING TRANSACTIONS FOR THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Centerville has a limited number of staff to allow <br />segregation of duties in conformance with recommendations contained in annual <br />audits, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, modifications in the tasks performed by certain key staff members <br />can improve segregation of duties. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />CENTERVILLE, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Authorization for the establishment of new accounts or the withdrawal of <br />funds from the City's bank account(s) through cash, checks or electronic <br />means shall require two signatures of the following three positions: Mayor, <br />Acting-Mayor and City Administrator. <br /> <br />2. Authorization to transfer funds within existing accounts of the City of <br />Centerville may be accomplished by written, telephone or electronic <br />means by one of the following positions: City Administrator, Dallas Larson <br />or Finance Director, Michael Jeziorski. <br /> <br />3. Authorization to inquire and receive reports as to balances and <br />transactions may be accomplished by any of the following staff: City <br />Administrator- Dallas Larson, Finance Director- Michael Jeziorski, or <br />Account Clerk- Kris Sweeney. <br /> <br />4.
