This will include additional traffic lanes, turn <br /> lanes, median, and signals at the intersectio"n with CSAH 21. The developer of the 370-acre site will be <br /> responsible for improvements to CSAH 21, which will include additional traffic lanes and turn lanes, and <br /> possible a median. The 1-35E interchange needs reconstruction without the new development, but <br /> funding is lacking. Uno Lakes, Hugo, Anoka County, and Washington County have worked with other <br /> jurisdictions to acquire design funding for a new interchange. Developers in the area may need to help <br /> with this in order for this important piece to be rebuilt in order to ensure that adequate infrastructure <br /> exists to serve their developments. In addition to these regional arterial roads, a system of local collector <br /> streets will be needed to serve new development. These will be constructed by development as it <br /> oroaresses. <br /> <br />Access <br /> <br />14.
