Ordinance Codification Chapters 153. 154 & 155 <br /> <br />Chair' Hanson opened the public hearing. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson explained that Staff is working on the codification of <br />ordinances and this is the public hearing and discussion of Chapters 153, 154 & 155 <br />which are the Chapters that involve the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hunt asked for clarification in Chapter 153 on Page 7 as to whether the <br />language suggests the City is discouraging the use of sidewalks within the City. <br /> <br />Page 1 of6 <br />
