Larson reported that Jeziorski’s <br />reference check indicated an outstanding candidate, and suggested that serious <br />consideration be given to making the offer to him. Larson believes this candidate would <br />clearly view this as a career promotion, where the others would likely consider this to be <br />a lateral move or even a lesser position than they have held in the recent past. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Council member Broussard Vickers that the Council authorize the <br />administrator to make a job offer to Michael Jeziorski with a starting salary of $61,000, <br />with authority to go up to $62,000 per year. Motion seconded by Council member <br />Fehrenbacher, all present voted in favor.
