Look for any encroachments <br /> <br />Office Work: <br />. Compute boundary based on legal description for field crew <br />. Update Preliminary Plat with updated lot & easement configuration <br />. Review title commitment (legal descriptions & existing easements) <br />. Prepare final plat drawing to current standards <br />. Coordinate with Anoka County for approval of final plat <br />. Coordinate with owner( s) regarding required signatures on the final plat <br /> <br />Field Work after Final Plat Approval by County: <br />.
