Northstar Commuter Rail. Regional Parks. <br /> <br />Policymakers and the public discuss these issues at community events, in city hall, and one-on-one at the local <br />coffee shops. As we weigh in on these issues, members ofthe Metropolitan Council rely on our partners in state, <br />county, and local community governments to maintain the metro area's renowned quality of life. <br /> <br />Council Members Georgie Hilker, Tony Pistilli, Kris Sanda, Natalie Steffen, and I invite you to join us at a District <br />Dialogue held in concert with the Anoka County Local Officials Group on July 29. We are planning a series of <br />these meetings with local officials throughout the region, and hope they will provide an opportunity to meet one <br />another, to speak frankly, to address regional concerns, and to strengthen our relationships. <br /> <br />At the July 29 District Dialogue, we will outline key regional priorities, as well as pressing local issues of regional <br />significance. In the spirit of creating dialogue, we have reserved time for your questions and observations, so bring <br />your ideas.
